In 1980 American Marketing made the commitment
to provide for General Agents and their Agents a quality Lead System as opposed to the old
method of just selling to relatives and friends. This lead system was designed as a
perpetual source that would never run dry, unless someone chose to venture from American
Marketings success pattern.
In addition to the lead system our firm was dedicated
to creating validation at the point of contact with prospective clients. This was done
through the Association Endorsements.
The goal of American Marketing was to, as often as
possible, eliminate the collection of money at the point of sale by utilizing payroll
deduction. Finally, we created an automatic promotion that was based on performance. This
was done through the RAGA system (Recruit Another General Agent). To make this effective,
we agreed to pay the override to the General Agents who either hired and trained another
General Agent, or promoted an existing Agent to a General Agent.
Starting out as B&B Associates in 1967, and later became
American Marketing in 1981, during the years we have produced over $250,000 Million in Life Annualize Premium. Therefore, our system has proven to work for those who
follow our success pattern.
